Stefania

Stefania is a clinical trainee currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral and Social Science from the University of Maryland University College, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. Stefania also holds a certificate in Coaching Fundamentals, with a focus on life and leadership skills.Stefania brings a compassionate and empathic approach to counseling, with a strong belief in identifying and nurturing the hidden strengths within each individual she serves. She is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges by learning how to pivot when necessary, create healthy personal space, and build practical tools for lasting growth and empowerment.Stefania is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can openly explore and address experiences related to stress, grief, anxiety, and uncertainty. She is currently accepting clients and works with children and adults ages 10–55.
