Child & Adolescent Therapy

Does your child have trouble dealing with their emotions? Is their behavior sometimes disruptive to your home life? Have they experienced sudden loss or trauma? As they grow, children and adolescents develop social skills and emotional intelligence. This awareness helps them to develop into healthy, happy, and successful individuals. But some children have trouble processing their emotions and this often leads to behavior that negatively impacts their school life, home life and overall well-being. Therapy offers children and adolescents a safe space to work through their thoughts and emotions. With the help of a specialized therapist, children can resolve problems, modify behaviors, and make positive and lasting changes.

Clinical Supervision

Our clinical supervision services provide professional guidance and accountability for individuals seeking structured therapeutic progress. Led by Angel Bartlett, LCSW, LICSW, we offer evidence-based interventions, individualized treatment planning, professional documentation, and compassionate support. Whether you need formalized therapeutic support, professional documentation, or structured accountability for personal and professional development goals, we create a safe space to work through challenges while providing the structure you need to thrive.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the difference between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and free them from unhelpful patterns of behavior. CBT is grounded in the belief that it is a person’s perception of events – rather than the events themselves – that determines how he or she will feel and act in response. Most people with clearly defined behavioral and emotional concerns tend to reap the benefits of CBT. With CBT, you’ll be able to adjust the thoughts that directly influence your emotions and behavior.

Counseling for Trauma

Most people will experience trauma in their lifetime whether it’s a car accident, abuse or neglect, the sudden death of a loved one, a violent criminal act, exposure to the violence of war, or a natural disaster.

While many people can recover from trauma over time with the love and support of family and friends and bounce back with resiliency, others may discover the effects of lasting trauma, which can cause a person to live with deep emotional pain, fear, confusion, or posttraumatic stress far after the event has passed.

In these circumstances, the support, guidance, and assistance of a therapist are fundamental to healing from trauma.

Couples Counseling

Do you feel like your relationship is at a standstill? Are you and your partner stuck in the same argument loop every night? Do you feel like you and your partner are drifting away? Do you desire more intimacy between you and your partner?

All things can be improved, changed, and bettered with just a little support, no matter how big or small. With couples therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and get what you want out of your relationship.

Divorce Recovery Therapy

Are you considering divorce or separation?

Are you struggling to come to terms with a recent divorce?

Has your divorce or separation left you feeling angry or despondent?

Just as marriage is one of life's most significant experiences, so is divorce. While recovering from divorce can be difficult, it's not impossible. Divorce recovery therapy can help you cope with the emotional and mental toll that often comes with the end of a marriage.

Emergency Services

Life doesn't wait for scheduled appointments. When you're facing a crisis or urgent mental health need, our emergency services provide immediate support. Angel Bartlett, LCSW, LICSW, offers compassionate, solution-focused crisis intervention for acute anxiety, panic attacks, escalating anger, urgent relationship conflicts, trauma responses, and self-esteem crises. We create a safe space for your most vulnerable moments, helping you stabilize, process, and move forward with expert guidance when you need it most.

Women’s Issues

Have you lost much of the joy you once felt? Are you struggling in an abusive or toxic relationship? Do you have years of living with low self-worth resulting in a less-than-desirable life?

Throughout the ages, women have been called “the fairer sex.” And yet, were you to ask women about their life experiences, many would admit their life events haven’t always seemed so fair.

Women may experience certain environmental, psychological, and biological challenges related to gender that have a significant impact on their mental health and well-being. If not addressed properly, these challenges can turn into burdens that often lead to anxiety, depression, and a lost sense of self.

Anger Management

Are you struggling to control your temper or finding that anger is affecting your relationships, work, or daily life? Our court-approved anger management program helps you understand the root causes of your anger and develop healthy coping strategies. Led by Angel Bartlett, LCSW, LICSW, a certified court-approved provider, we offer evidence-based interventions using CBT and DBT techniques to help you recognize triggers, manage emotional responses, and build effective communication skills. Whether court-mandated or self-referred, our compassionate, non-judgmental approach provides the tools and support you need to regain control and create healthier relationships with yourself and others.
